Niclosamide- A STAT3 signaling pathway inhibitor
STAT3信號通路抑制劑。 尼氯酰胺(Niclosamide)可有效抑制STAT3的激活(activation)和轉錄功能(transcriptional function)，並誘導具有組成性活性STAT3的癌細胞的細胞生長抑制(cell growth inhibition)，凋亡(apoptosis)和細胞週期停滯(cell cycle arrest)。 還可逆地抑制mTORC1信號傳導(mTORC1 signaling)並在體外刺激自噬(autophagy)。 在急性骨髓性白血病（acute myelogenous leukemia , AML）幹細胞中具有抗腫瘤作用。
