Histamine (HIS) ELISA Kit
組織胺(Histamine)是一種有機含氮化合物(organic nitrogenous compound)，可參與局部免疫反應(local immune responses)以及調節腸道的生理功能並充當神經遞質(neurotransmitter)。組胺(Histamine)參與炎症反應(inflammatory response)，並作為瘙癢(pruritus)的介體發揮中心作用。作為對外源病原體(foreign pathogens)免疫反應(immune response)的一部分，組織胺由嗜鹼性粒細胞(basophils)和附近結締組織中發現的肥大細胞(mast cells)產生。組織胺可增加毛細血管對白細胞(white blood cells)和某些蛋白質的滲透性(permeability)，從而使它們與感染組織中的病原體接觸。該ELISA試劑盒使用競爭性ELISA作為方法。提供的microtiter plate已預先塗有組胺。在反應過程中，樣品或標準品中的組織胺與固相支持物上的固定量的組胺競爭特定於組織胺的生物素化檢測抗體上的位點。然後通過比較樣品的標準曲線O.D.來確定樣品中組織胺的濃度。
