抗體產品介紹: The antibody detects endogenous β II tubulin protein.抗體產品資料: endogenous β II tubulin單株抗體，可應用於Human, Mouse, Rat之物種；host來源為Mouse。此抗體經由affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using specific immunogen純化，保存於PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative and 50% Glycerol.抗體濃度為1 mg/ml，可應用於IHC-P, IP, WB等實驗，最佳實驗濃度請參考操作手冊(WB (1:50000-1:100000), IF (1:100-1:200), IHC-P (1:200), IP (1:200).)。抗體之保存: 貯存於-20°C避免反覆冷凍解凍。

Microtubules, key participants in processes such as mitosis and intracellular transport, are composed of heterodimers of alpha- and beta-tubulins. Tubulin beta 2A class IIa encoded by TUBB2A is a beta-tubulin. Defects in TUBB2A are associated with complex cortical dysplasia with other brain malformations-5. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for TUBB2A.
