His-tag標籤介紹: His-tag多組氨酸標籤(polyhistidine-tag)是蛋白質中的氨基酸基序(histidine (His) residues)，通常由蛋白質的N或C端組成，由至少五個組氨酸（His）殘基組成。它也被稱為六組氨酸標籤(6xHis-tag)，6xHis標籤和商標名稱His-tag。多組氨酸標籤(Polyhistidine-tags)通常用於親和純化在大腸桿菌(Escherichia coli)和其他原核表達系統(prokaryotic expression)中表達的多組氨酸標籤的重組蛋白(recombinant proteins)。A polyhistidine-tag is an amino acid motif in proteins that consists of at least five histidine (His) residues, often at the N- or C-terminus of the protein. It is also known as hexa histidine-tag, 6xHis-tag, and by the trademarked name His-tag. Polyhistidine-tags are often used for affinity purification of polyhistidine-tagged recombinant proteins expressed in Escherichia coli and other prokaryotic expression systems.
