Applications notes	The kit provides a simple method for detecting the Zinc concentration in serum samples. In the pH 8.5-9.5 solution, Zn2+ and the zinc reagent form a blue coordination compound with a maximum absorption peak at 620 nm.

Usage notes	• Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or vendors. • Avoid foaming or bubbles when mixing or reconstituting components. • Avoid cross-contamination, change pipette tips between additions of standards, samples and reagents. Also, use separate reservoirs for each reagent. • Ensure all reagents and equipment are at the appropriate temperature before starting the assay. • Reagent III needs to be prepared one day in advance, if it turns yellow, it cannot be used again. • After adding Reagent III and mixing well, complete the measurement of the tube within 30 minutes.
Storage instructions	Storage at 4°C and Keep from light immediately upon receipt. Kit has a storage time of 6 months from receipt. Refer to list of materials supplied for storage conditions of individual components.
