特點

支鏈澱粉分支酶 (Amylopectin branching enzyme , SBE) (EC 2.4.1.18) 是參與支鏈澱粉(amylopectin synthesis)合成並催化直鏈澱粉(amylose)轉化為支鏈澱粉(amylopectin)的關鍵酶。澱粉支鏈酶（starch branched enzyme , SBE）活性的測定對澱粉的生物合成、優質農作物品種的選擇和遺傳改良具有重要意義。CheKine™ 澱粉分支酶（SBE）活性比色測定試劑盒 (CheKine™ Starch Branching Enzyme(SBE) Activity Colorimetric Assay Kit, KTB1390) 為檢測澱粉分支酶（Starch Branching Enzyme , SBE）提供了便捷的工具。原理是直鏈澱粉(amylose)和碘(iodine)結合在660 nm處具有特徵光吸收，澱粉分支酶（Starch Branching Enzyme , SBE）降低直鏈澱粉含量，從而降低澱粉-碘絡合物在660 nm處的吸收值，一定時間內吸光度下降的百分比可以反映澱粉分支酶（Starch Branching Enzyme , SBE）活性.
