SuperKine™ Protein Gel Fast Staining Solution (Coomassie Blue)

考馬斯藍(Coomassie blue)是一種常用的蛋白質可視化染料（通過蛋白質凝膠電泳分離, protein gel electrophoresis）。在酸性條件(acidic conditions)下，考馬斯藍與蛋白質的鹼性疏水性氨基酸殘基(hydrophobic amino acid residues)結合，呈深藍色。 Abbkine研發的即用型SuperKine™蛋白凝膠快速染色液(SuperKine™ Protein Gel Fast Staining Solution)（考馬斯藍）具有染色時間短(short dyeing time)、顯色清晰(clear color rendering)、重複性好(good repeatability)、安全性高等優點，無需脫色(without decolorization)即可獲得清晰乾淨的背景。基於經典的Coomassie blue染色原理，染色後回收的目標蛋白可用於後續的質譜實驗(mass spectrometry experiments)或測序分析(sequencing analysis)。

Usage notes	• Protein Gel Fast Staining Solution contains volatile substances, please seal it to ensure its performance. • When using Protein Gel Fast Staining Solution, you need to prepare deionized water and Staining container before the experiments. • The washing and Staining time mentioned in the experimental steps are applicable to the gel with a thickness of 0.75 mm to 1.5 mm. For the thicker gel, the dyeing time can be appropriately extended according to the color rendering effect of the target protein band. • This Staining solution is acidic and slightly corrosive. Wear lab coat, gloves and other protective equipment when using. • Residual impurities can increase the staining background and reduce target protein resolution, so it is necessary to wash thoroughly with deionized water before staining to remove impurities.
