線粒體呼吸鏈複合物V(Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex V)，又稱F1F0-ATP合酶，廣泛存在於動物、植物、微生物(microorganisms)和培養細胞的線粒體中。複合物 V 由兩個亞基 F1 和 F0 組成。它可以利用呼吸鏈產生的質子的電化學梯度催化ATP的合成，也可以在可逆過程中水解ATP。此外，複合物V也存在於葉綠體(chloroplasts)、異養細菌(heterotrophic bacteria)和光合細菌(photosynthetic bacteria)中。複合物V(Complex V)是線粒體氧化磷酸化(mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation)和葉綠體光合磷酸化(chloroplast photosynthetic phosphorylation)合成ATP的關鍵酶。

Abbkine CheKine™ 線粒體複合物Ⅴ活性檢測試劑盒（Abbkine CheKine™ Mitochondrial complex Ⅴ Activity Detection Kit, 比色法）是專門為檢測複合物 I 活性(complex I activity)而開發的。操作簡單方便，檢測更加靈敏準確。複合物Ⅴ水解ATP產生ADP和Pi。複合物Ⅴ(complex Ⅴ)的活性是通過測量Pi增加率來確定的。

The activity of complex Ⅴ is determined by measuring Pi increase rate.
