CheKine™ Triglyceride (TG) Colorimetric Assay Kit  

三酸甘油酯 (Triglycerides, TG) 是由長鏈脂肪酸(long-chain fatty acids)和甘油(glycerol)形成的脂肪分子。 它們不僅是細胞膜的主要成分，也是重要的呼吸底物(respiratory substrates)。 血清甘油三酯/三酸甘油酯 (Triglycerides, TG) 是臨床血脂測量的重要指標。該試劑盒提供了一種檢測多種生物樣品（如血清、血漿、組織、細胞和植物）中甘油三酯/三酸甘油酯 (Triglycerides, TG) 濃度的簡單方法。 在測定中，甘油三酯/三酸甘油酯 (Triglycerides, TG) 可以用異丙醇提取，然後用KOH皂化生成甘油(glycerol)和脂肪酸(fatty acid)。 此外，高碘酸(periodic acid)將甘油(glycerin)氧化成甲醛(formaldehyde)。 在氯離子(chloride ions)存在下，甲醛能與乙酰丙酮(acetylacetone)反應生成黃色物質，在420nm處有特徵吸收峰。樣品中存在的甘油三酯/三酸甘油酯 (Triglycerides, TG) 與獲得的信號成正比。

此商品需配合 ELISA儀器 /分光光度計使用。

The diabetic rats displayed significantly high levels of serum triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL, as well as a low level of HDL, as shown in Table 4. The treatment of C. papaya alleviated dyslipidemia in the Diab + C. papaya group, which was similar to the metformin treatment. The control rats treated with C. papaya did not show any changes.
