產品描述: 細胞(Cell)和組織(tissue)基因組DNA提取(genomic DNA extraction)和純化試劑盒適用於從各種組織和培養的細胞中提取和純化基因組DNA(genomic DNA)。在獨特的組織細胞裂解溶液(Tissue-Cell Lysis solution)中，可以有效地提取基因組DNA，然後通過磁珠純化(magnetic beads)，從而得到高純基因組DNA(genomic DNA)，其OD260 / 280的比率在1.75至1.85之間。回收的基因組DNA(genomic DNA)大小可高達60 kb。純化的基因組DNA適用於PCR、Southern印跡和測序(sequencing)等應用。如果使用特殊的磁性框架(magnetic frame)，該試劑盒可與48孔圓形底板一起使用。該試劑盒還可與各種自動核酸提取儀器或工作站一起使用。
