產品介紹: Proteinase K重組蛋白 (標準等級 20 mg/ml Solution) 一種絲氨酸蛋白酶，具有消化天然蛋白質的能力，從而可以使酶（例如DNase和RNase）失去活生，無需依靠denaturation過程。在SDS和尿素的情況下，保持活性。氟磷酸二異丙酯（diisopropyl fluorophosphates , DFP）和苯基甲烷磺酰氟（phenyl methane sulfonyl fluoride , PMSF）可以使其失活。它不受碘乙酸 (iodoacetic acid) ，胰蛋白酶特異性抑制劑 (trypsin-specific inhibitor TLCK , TLCK)，胰凝乳蛋白酶特異性抑制劑(e chymotrypsin-specific inhibitor ,TPCK)和對氯汞苯甲酸(p-chloromercuribenzoate)的抑制。
