Biovision提供一系列脂質分析套組；其中三酸甘油酯呈色螢光分析套組 (Triglyceride Quantification Kit, K622)，一組產品可選擇呈色Absorbance (570 nm)或螢光Fluorescence (Ex/Em 535/587 nm) 兩種型態偵測Absorbance (570 nm) or Fluorescence (Ex/Em 535/587 nm)；可用於細胞培養液、尿液、血漿、或液體型式的來源。操作時間大約60分鐘。靈敏度2-10000µM (2 pmol-10nmol )。可測量甘油單酯(monoglycerides) 及甘油二酯( diglycerides)型式。甘油三酯（Triglyceride, TG）是植物油、animal fat動物脂肪，LDL密度脂蛋白和VLDL極低密度脂蛋白的主要成分，作為 transporters of fatty acids脂肪酸轉運體以及作為能源起著重要作用。 TG被分解成 脂肪酸(fatty acids)和甘油 (glycerol)，然後兩者都可以作為 energy producing能量產生和 metabolic pathways.代謝途徑的substrates底物。 甘油三酯定量試劑 (Triglyceride Quantification Kit , K622) 盒提供了一種靈敏，簡便的測定方法，可用於測量各種樣品中的甘油三酯濃度。 在測定中，TG轉化為游離脂肪酸( free fatty acids) 和甘油(glycerol)。然後將甘油氧化以產生與探針反應產生顏色（λ= 570nm處的分光光度法）和螢光（Ex / Em = 535 / 583nm）的產物。 該試劑盒可以檢測各種樣品中2 pmol-10nmol（或2-10000μM範圍）的甘油三酯。
