CheKine™ Triglyceride (TG) Colorimetric Assay Kit

甘油三酯 (Triglycerides , TG) 是由長鏈脂肪酸(long-chain fatty acids)和甘油(glycerol)形成的脂肪分子。 它們不僅是細胞膜(cell membranes)的主要成分，也是重要的呼吸底物(respiratory substrates。) 血清甘油三酯（Serum triglycerides,TG）是臨床血脂(blood lipid)測量的重要指標。該試劑盒提供了一種檢測多種生物樣品（如血清、血漿、組織、細胞和植物）中 甘油三酯 (Triglycerides , TG)  濃度的簡單方法。 在測定中，甘油三酯 (Triglycerides , TG)可以用異丙醇(isopropanol)提取，然後用KOH皂化生成甘油(glycerol)和脂肪酸(fatty acid)。 此外，高碘酸將甘油氧化成甲醛。 在氯離子(chloride ions)存在下，甲醛(formaldehyde)能與乙酰丙酮反應生成黃色物質，在420nm處有特徵吸收峰。 樣品中存在的甘油三酯 (triglyceride ,TG) 與獲得的信號成正比。

Storage instructions	Storage at 4°C and protected from light upon receipt. Kit has a storage time of 12 months form receipt.
