產品介紹: BRCA 1和2是乳腺癌易感性蛋白(breast cancer susceptibility proteins)，在DNA損傷(DNA damage)，修復(repair)，細胞週期進程(cell cycle progression)，轉錄(transcription)和細胞凋亡(apoptosis)等過程中發揮作用。BRCA1基因在許多組織（包括乳房和卵巢）中表達，編碼的預測蛋白為1863氨基酸。已顯示BRCA2是Rad51  localization  DSBs（雙鏈斷裂, double stranded breaks）位點所必需的。缺少BRCA1和BRCA2的細胞無法通過Rad51依賴性過程修復DSB（雙鏈斷裂  double stranded breaks）。
