Anti-GAPDH Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (2B5)
GAPDH單株抗體可用做loading control antibody。GAPDH (甘油醛 3-磷酸脫氫酶, Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase, 縮寫為 GAPDH 或 G3PDH)是一種 37kDa 的酶,可催化糖酵解的第六步,從而分解葡萄糖(glucose)以獲取能量(energy)和碳分子(carbon molecules)。除了這種長期建立的代謝功能(metabolic function)外,GAPDH 最近還參與了幾種非代謝過程(non-metabolic processes),包括轉錄激活( transcription activation)、細胞凋亡 ER 到高爾基體小泡穿梭(Golgi vesicle shuttling)的啟動,以及快速軸突(fast axonal)或軸漿運輸(axoplasmic transport)。
產品介紹: GAPDH單株抗體,免疫原Synthetic Peptide。可應用於IF, IHC-P, WB實驗。反應物種 (Chicken, Dog, Hamster, Human, Monkey, Mouse, Pig, Rabbit, Rat, Sheep, Yeast);最佳工作稀釋度應由研究者通過實驗確定。建議的起始稀釋度如下:Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB(1:10000-1:100000), IHC-P (1:400), IF (1:400)。使用特異性免疫原通過親和層析從小鼠腹水中親和純化抗體。保存於Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative and 50% Glycerol。
