產品介紹:人IGF-1（(insulin-like Growth Factor-1,胰島素樣生長因子-1，IGF1，MGF，生長激素）是一種分子結構類似於胰島素的激素。它是一種多肽生長因子(polypeptide growth factor)，可刺激包括肌肉(muscle)，骨骼(bone)和軟骨組織(cartilage tissue)在內的多種細胞類型的增殖。胰島素樣生長因子1已顯示與所有IGF-1結合蛋白（IGFBPs）結合併相互作用，其中有六個（IGFBP1-6）。 IGFBP-3是最豐富的蛋白質，佔所有IGF結合的80％。 IGF-1以1：1的摩爾比結合到IGFBP-3。 IGF-1與至少兩個細胞表面受體結合：IGF-1受體（IGF1R）和胰島素受體(insulin receptor)。 IGF-1受體似乎是“生理”受體-它以比結合胰島素受體的IGF-1高得多的親和力結合IGF-1。成熟的人IGF I與小鼠IGF1和大鼠IGF1分別具有94％和96％的氨基酸序列同一性，並表現出跨物種活性。它與成熟的人IGFII具有64％的氨基酸序列同一性。人IGF-1是一種7.6 kDa蛋白，含有70個氨基酸殘基。重組人IGF-1是使用無動物源技術生產的。
