產品介紹:一氧化氮合酶（Nitric oxide synthases , NOS）是一類催化L-精氨酸(L-arginine)產生一氧化氮（nitric oxide, NO）的酶。一氧化氮（nitric oxide, NO）在神經傳遞(neurotransmission)，血管調節(vascular regulation)，免疫反應(immune response)和細胞凋亡(apoptosis)中起重要作用。在存在NADPH，FAD，FMN，（6R）-5,6,7,8-四氫生物蝶呤((6R)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobiopterin)，鈣調蛋白(calmodulin)和血紅素(heme)的情況下，NOS催化L-精氨酸的胍基氮與分子氧的五電子氧化，生成NO和L -瓜氨酸。 NOS有三種同工型：內皮（endothelial , eNOS），神經元（neuronal , nNOS）和誘導型（inducible ,iNOS）。 iNOS在氧化應激(oxidative stress)條件下從頭表達，並產生大量的NO作為人體防禦機制的一部分。 BioVision的NOS2 ELISA試劑盒是一種夾心ELISA測定法，用於定量測定人血清，血漿和細胞培養上清液中的NOS2。顏色的密度與從樣品中捕獲的NOS2的數量成正比。
