血清：樣本應收集到血清分離管中。將試管在室溫下靜置 30 分鐘，使血清凝固。在 2-8°C 之間以大約 1000 × g 離心 15 分鐘。如果出現沉澱，請再次離心。立即取出上清液並進行測定，或將上清液等分並在 2-8°C 下保存長達 3 天，或在 -20°C 或以下長期保存。
