乙醇檢測試劑盒(Ethanol Assay Kit) 可用於使用ELISA 儀器檢測血清(serum)、血漿(plasma)和葡萄酒(wine)中的乙醇(Ethanol)。乙醇脫氫酶(Ethanol dehydrogenase)可催化乙醇(ethanol)氧化脫氫(oxidative dehydrogenation)生成乙醛(acetaldehyde)，NAD+被還原生成NADH。NADH在1-mPMS的作用下，將電子轉移到WST-8上，生成黃色反應產物，在450 nm處有特徵吸收峰。乙醇含量可以通過測量 450 nm 處的吸光度來量化。
