丙氨酸轉氨酶 (Alanine Transaminase , ALT) 檢測試劑盒是一種檢測試劑盒，ELISA 儀器 定量血清(serum)、血漿(plasma)、組織勻漿(tissue homogenates)、細胞裂解物(cell culture supernatants)中的丙氨酸轉氨酶 (ALT) 活性。 ALT催化丙氨酸(alanine)和α-酮戊二酸(alpha-ketoglutaric acid)之間的氨基轉化反應(amino conversion reaction)生成丙酮酸(pyruvic acid)和谷氨酸(glutamic acid)。可加入苯肼(Phenylhydrazine)與丙酮酸(pyruvic acid)形成苯腙(phenylhydrazone)。苯腙(phenylhydrazone)在鹼性條件(alkaline conditions)下呈紅棕色。 ALT 活性可以通過測量 510 nm 處的 OD 值來計算。
