產品介紹: 尿酸檢測試劑盒(Uric Acid Assay Kit)是一種檢測試劑盒，可應用 ELISA 儀器 檢測血清(serum)、血漿(plasma)和尿液(urine)中的尿酸(Uric Acid)濃度。不含蛋白質的濾液(protein-free filtrate r)中的尿酸還原磷鎢酸(phosphotungstic acid)，形成鎢藍(tungsten blue)、尿囊素(allantoin)和二氧化碳(carbon dioxide)。藍色的強度與尿酸(uric acid)的濃度成正比。尿酸(uric acid) 濃度可以通過測量 690 nm 處的 OD 值來計算。可應用於Serum, plasma and urine來源之樣品，若是未知樣品，需測試其濃度是否在線性範圍內。
