Flavonoid Assay Kit can be used to detect Flavonoid in plant tissue using a microplate reader. In alkaline nitrite solution, flavonoids form a red complex with aluminum ions. The flavonoid content of the sample can be calculated by measuring the absorbance of the sample extract at 510 nm.
