肌酸激酶檢測試劑盒(Creatine Kinase Assay Kit, abx298811) 是一種檢測試劑盒，設計用於使用分光光度計檢測和定量血清(serum)、血漿(plasma)、組織勻漿(tissue homogenates)和細胞裂解物(cell lysates)中的肌酸激酶活性(Creatine Kinase activity)。肌酸激酶 (Creatine kinase ,CK) 催化磷酸肌酸(creatine phosphate)和 ADP 之間的反應以產生肌酸(creatine)和 ATP。己糖激酶(Hexokinase)催化肌酸(creatine)和葡萄糖(glucose)的反應以產生葡萄糖-6-磷酸(glucose-6-phosphate)。 6-磷酸葡萄糖脫氫酶 (Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase , G-6-PD) 催化 6-磷酸葡萄糖(glucose-6-phosphate)與 NADP+ 反應生成 NADPH，其最大吸收峰在 340 nm。 CK 活性可以通過測量 340 nm 處的吸光度來計算。
