產品介紹: c-Jun N 端激酶 (c-Jun N-terminal kinase , JNK) 是在哺乳動物中鑑定的幾個主要 MAP 激酶組(MAP kinase groups)之一。最近的證據表明 JNK 的激活可能在神經元凋亡(neuronal apoptosis)和其他生理(physiological)和病理過程(pathological processes)中起重要作用。 JNK 活性篩選試劑盒(JNK Activity screening kit, K430)利用與穀胱甘肽瓊脂糖珠(glutathion sepharose beads)結合的 N 端 c-Jun (1-79) 融合蛋白選擇性地從細胞裂解物中“拉下”JNK。洗滌去除非特異性結合的蛋白質後，然後在冷 ATP 存在下進行激酶反應。然後使用磷酸-c-Jun (c-Jun phosphorylation)特異性抗體通過蛋白質印跡(Western blot)分析測量 c-Jun 磷酸化。
