EZLabel™ Antibody Biotin Labeling Kit

產品介紹: BioVision 的 EZLabel™ 抗體-生物素標記試劑盒，應用離心柱格式型式, 進行生物素標記抗體之簡便方法。由於其對四聚體親和素蛋白(tetrameric avidin proteins)的高親和力，生物素是標記抗體的理想選擇。試劑盒中提供的每對離心柱最多可用於純化 1 mg 標記的目標抗體。該試劑盒提供了進行五次標記反應所需的所有試劑，每次反應最多使用 1 mg 抗體。生物素標記的抗體可直接用於多種下游應用，包括 ELISA、蛋白質印跡(western blot)、免疫組織化學(Immunohistochemistry)、免疫測定(Immunoassays)等。
