產品介紹:. BioVision 的 miRNA Extraction Kit 用於從細胞和組織中純化 miRNA。該試劑盒基於改進的硫氰酸胍-苯酚(guanidine thiocyanate- phenol)一步法和使用離心柱洗脫 miRNA。在該試劑盒中，核糖核酸酶(ribonucleases)被滅活，基因組 DNA、18S 和 28S RNA 使用離心柱(spin columns)去除。通過一系列洗脫-離心步驟去除細胞代謝物和蛋白質。隨後，將 microRNA（包括 miRNA、snRNA 和其他小於 200 bp 的 RNA）從不含 RNase 的水中從第二個離心柱中洗脫。純化的 miRNA 可用於下游應用，包括 RNA 測序(RNA sequencing)、微陣列(microarray)、RT-PCR、Northern Blot 等。
