產品介紹: 角蛋白8（Keratin 8, KRT8）屬於高分子量角蛋白的B型（基本）亞家族，與角蛋白18結合存在。角蛋白8（Keratin 8, KRT8）主要存在於非鱗狀上皮(non-squamous epithelia)中，並存在於大多數腺癌(adenocarcinomas)和導管癌(ductal carcinomas)中。在鱗狀細胞癌(squamous cell carcinomas)中不存在。 肝細胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinomas)的定義是使用僅識別細胞角蛋白多肽8和18的抗體。
