產品介紹: GTPase KRas（GTPase KRas , KRAS）是一種結合GDP / GTP並具有固有GTPase活性的Ras蛋白。它在調節細胞增殖(cell proliferation)中起重要作用。它還通過依賴ZNF304的方式在大腸癌（colorectal cancer , CRC）細胞中誘導腫瘤抑制基因（tumor suppressor genes, TSG）的轉錄沉默來促進致癌事件。BioVision的KRAS ELISA試劑盒是一種夾心ELISA測定法，用於定量測定人血清，血漿和細胞培養上清液中的KRAS。顏色的密度與從樣品中捕獲的KRAS量成正比。
