產品介紹: ATP Sulfurylase (EC No. EC2.7.7.4) catalyzes the first committed step in incorporating inorganic SO42- by converting ATP to adenylyl sulfate and pyrophosphate for the incorporation of inorganic SO42- into biomolecules. It is also a key enzyme used in pyrosequencing. ATP硫酸化酶（ATP Sulfurylase , EC號EC2.7.7.4）通過將ATP轉化為腺苷酸硫酸鹽(adenylyl sulfate)和焦磷酸鹽(pyrophosphate)以將無機SO42-摻入生物分子中，從而催化了無機SO42-摻入的第一步。它也是焦磷酸測序(pyrosequencing)中使用的關鍵酶。
