Protein G (Protein A beads) 廣泛應用於 IgG 純化(IgG purification)。Protein G (貨號 6510）是一種基因工程蛋白(engineered protein)，含有3個IGG結合區域( three Ig-binding regions)的native Protein A. BioVision 的 ToxOutTM 蛋白質 G （Sepharose）Spin 抗體純化套件(Spin Antibody Purification Kit), 含有6% cross-linked sepharose beads於無內毒素的 IgG 純化和免疫沉澱。該試劑盒可從血清、腹水、細胞培養基中快速從人類、小鼠、大鼠、山羊和兔子等不同物種中純化IgG。
