產品介紹: BioVision 的 ToxOutTM 蛋白質 A （Sepharose）Spin 抗體純化套件(Spin Antibody Purification Kit), 含有6% cross-linked sepharose beads於無內毒素的 IgG 純化和免疫沉澱。該試劑盒可從血清、腹水、細胞培養基中快速從人類、小鼠、大鼠、山羊和兔子等不同物種中純化IgG。
Protein A (Protein A beads) 廣泛應用於 IgG 純化(IgG purification)。Protein A (貨號 6500）是一種基因工程蛋白(engineered protein)，含有5個IGG結合區域(five IgG-binding regions)的native Protein A. 通過消除其細胞壁結合區(cell wall binding region)、白蛋白結合區(albumin binding region)和其他非特異性區域(non-specific regions)，以實現最大IgG特異性。
