Anti-COX-2 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (RM348)
產品介紹: COX蛋白是具有環氧合酶(cyclooxygenase)和過氧化物酶(peroxidase activities)活性的膜相關血紅素蛋白。這些酶是NSAID（非甾體抗炎藥, Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drμgs）的靶標，例如阿司匹林(aspirin)。由COX-1的酶促活性形成的前列腺素（Prostaglandins , PG）主要參與調節人體的體內穩態功能(homeostatic functions)，而由COX-2形成的PGs主要介導疼痛(pain)，發燒(fever)和炎症(inflammation)。 COX-1組成型表達，在胃腸組織(gastrointestinal tissues)中特別高的表達。 COX-2由細胞因子(cytokines)和有絲分裂原(mitogens)誘導，可能在類風濕性關節炎(rheumatoid arthritis)等炎症疾病中發揮作用。在囓齒動物(rodents)和人類中，COX-3編碼的氨基酸序列與COX-1或COX-2完全不同，並且沒有COX活性。有人建議將COX-3作為解開對乙酰氨基酚作用機理之謎的關鍵。
