產品描述: 細菌計數比色測定試劑盒(Bacteria Counting Colorimetric Assay Kit, 貨號K511) 是一種簡單而靈敏的測定，用於定量細菌濃度(bacterial concentration) 和生存力(viability)。該測定基於線粒體脫氫酶(mitochondrial dehydrogenases) 將水溶性四唑鹽（Tetrazolium salt, WST）裂解為formazan的方法。產生的顏色與活細菌的數量成正比，可以使用 ELISA儀器設備請按此（吸光度OD 460 nm）進行定量。該測定法靈敏，可在添加試劑時檢測每孔少至10個細菌的低密度培養物的生長。該測定法還可用於計算Broth培養物中活細菌的數量，或研究對抑制劑，培養基類型，抗生素，生長和異源蛋白質過表達條件的反應的細菌生存力。
