產品描述: 人IL-33是一種促炎蛋白(proinflammatory protein)，與IL-1細胞因子家族具有結構(structural)和功能特徵(functional characteristics)。它通過激活NF-κB和MAP激酶(MAP kinases)的IL-1RL1 / ST2受體結合併發出信號。IL-33誘導產生TH2細胞相關的細胞因子(TH2 cell related cytokines)，包括IL-4，IL-5和IL-13，並發揮多種炎症相關的生物活性。
