產品描述: 尿酸酶（Uricase）與因子無關的尿酸羥化酶(urate hydroxylase)，尿酸氧化酶（urate oxidase , UO）； EC 1.7.3.3）是一種參與尿酸代謝(uric acid metabolism)的酶。尿酸(Uric acid)是嘌呤代謝(purine metabolism)的最終產物，血液中高水平的尿酸(uric acid)會導致痛風(gout)。尿酸酶(Uricase)存在於多種哺乳動物中，但人類卻不存在。它已被廣泛用於測量生物樣品中的尿酸濃度，重組尿酸酶（rasburicase）已被用作預防腫瘤溶解綜合徵的藥物。 BioVision的尿酸酶活性測定試劑盒提供了一種快速簡便的方法來測量多種樣品中的尿酸酶活性。在該測定中，尿酸酶氧化尿酸形成與探針反應的產物，從而產生螢光信號（Ex / Em = 535 / 587nm）。產生的螢光信號與樣品中存在的活性尿酸酶的量成正比。該試劑盒提供了靈敏且高通量的適應性測定，可以測量低至10 µU的生物樣品中尿酸酶的活性。
