產品介紹: ACE/管緊張素轉換酶 (Angiotensin-converting enzyme) 是腎素-血管緊張素系統（renin-angiotensin system , RAS）的主要成分，該系統通過調節體內的液體量來控制血壓(blood pressure)。它將激素血管緊張素I (angiotensin I) 轉換為活性血管收縮血管緊張素II(active vasoconstrictor angiotensin II)。因此，ACE通過使血管收縮而間接增加血壓。 BioVision的ACE2 ELISA試劑盒是一種夾心ELISA分析法，用於定量測定人血清，血漿和細胞培養上清液中的ACE2。顏色的密度與從樣品中捕獲的ACE2的數量成正比。
