產品描述:丙酮酸(Pyruvate)是代謝中的中心分子,糖通過該分子進入檸檬酸循環(citric acid cycle)。 丙酮酸(Pyruvate)可在糖異生過程中轉化(converted)為碳水化合物(carbohydrates),或通過乙酰輔酶A轉化(acetyl CoA)為脂肪酸(fatty acids)。 高水平的丙酮酸(pyruvate)與肝臟疾病(liver disease)和遺傳性疾病(genetic disorders)有關。 丙酮酸也被用於刺激代謝導致體重減輕。 BioVision提供簡單,直接和自動化(automation-ready)的程序,用於測量各種生物樣品中的丙酮酸濃度(pyruvate concentration),如血液(blood),細胞(cells),培養物(culture)和發酵培養基(fermentation media)等。在該測定中,丙酮酸被丙酮酸氧化酶(pyruvate oxidase)通過酶反應氧化產生顏色(λ = 570nm)和螢光(Ex / Em = 535 / 587nm)。 由於顏色螢光強度與丙酮酸(Pyruvate)含量成比例,因此可以精確地測量丙酮酸(Pyruvate)濃度。 該試劑盒檢測1μM至10 mM丙酮酸(Pyruvate)。
