產品介紹: 轉化細胞可以增殖而不附著於表面。 錨固獨立細胞生長是細胞轉化的標誌。軟瓊脂測定法是體外篩選細胞轉化的傳統方法。然而，這種方法是漫長的（3-4週孵化），費力（計數菌落）和不一致（由於主觀計數）。 BioVision的細胞轉化測定比傳統的軟瓊脂測定法更快，更穩定，更靈敏。 該試劑盒基於細胞線粒體脫氫酶將四唑鹽（WST-8）轉化為甲。產生的信號與活細胞的數量成正比。這種一步法是非放射性和簡單的（只需加上閱讀，不需要收穫細胞和溶解步驟）。 該測定法是高通量適應性，線性範圍從10000-400000個單元。 整個細胞轉化測定可以在7-8天內完成。
