ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human IgG4 pFc’-HRP (SB Cat. No. 9190-05).

二級抗體 (Secondary antibodies) 應用:
