產品介紹: Caspase家族的半胱氨酸蛋白酶已被證明在細胞凋亡中扮演關鍵作用。 Caspase-8是55kDa的胞質蛋白，其作為無活性的前酶合成。 胱天蛋白酶-8的活化涉及兩步蛋白水解：裂解半胱天冬酶-8以產生43和12kDa片段，其進一步加工至10kDa。 然後切割p43以產生p26並釋放含有p18的活性位點。
