產品介紹: Caspase家族的半胱氨酸蛋白酶在細胞凋亡中扮演關鍵作用。 Caspase-3是Caspase家族成員中研究最廣泛的凋亡蛋白。 Caspase-3被合成為無活性的前酶，其通過自身蛋白水解和/或通過另一種上游蛋白酶切割而在經歷凋亡的細胞中加工。 加工形式的胱天蛋白酶-3由大（17kD）和小（12kD）亞基組成，它們結合形成活性酶。 活性胱天蛋白酶-3蛋白水解切割並活化其他半胱天冬酶，以及細胞中的相關靶標（例如，PARP和DFF）。
