5(6)-CFDA, SE（全名：5-(and-6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate, succinimidyl ester，也稱為 CFSE）是一種有用的螢光示踪劑(fluorescent tracer)，可以被動擴散到細胞中並共價標記細胞內蛋白質(intracellular proteins)，從而導致長期細胞標記。該試劑本身是無色無螢光的，但一旦被細胞內酯酶(intracellular esterases)水解，就會變成亮綠色螢光。
