產品介紹: 4個α螺旋的螺旋束，IL2是由CD4 + / CD8 + T細胞，γδT細胞，B細胞，嗜酸性粒細胞和樹突狀細胞表達的免疫調節細胞因子。 IL2刺激B細胞，NK細胞，淋巴細胞激活的殺傷細胞，單核細胞，巨噬細胞和少突膠質細胞的生長和分化。 雖然人IL2分別與小鼠和大鼠IL2分別具有56％和66％的氨基酸序列同一性，但只有人和小鼠IL2表現出跨物種活性。 特別地，IL2在T細胞上發揮自分泌和旁分泌活性。 在調節作用中，IL2對於調節性T細胞的發育，存活和功能是重要的。 它增強Fas介導的活化誘導的細胞死亡，並抑制炎性Th17細胞的發育。 重組人IL2在人293細胞中以分子量為15kDa的單體糖蛋白表達。
