產品介紹: 巨噬細胞,單核細胞,嗜中性粒細胞,T細胞,細胞脂多醣刺激後的自然殺傷細胞分泌腫瘤壞死因子。 刺激的外周嗜中性粒細胞,還有未刺激的細胞,還有許多轉化的細胞系,星形膠質細胞,小膠質細胞,平滑肌細胞和成纖維細胞也分泌TNF。 人乳也含有這個因素。 表達CD4分泌TNF-α的細胞,而CD8(+)細胞分泌很少或不分泌TNF-α。 TNF-α的合成由包括干擾素,IL-2,GM-CSF,SP,緩激肽,免疫複合物,環加氧酶抑製劑和PAF(血小板活化因子)在內的許多不同刺激物誘導。 已顯示在人293細胞中表達的重組人TNF主要是非共價連接的同三聚物,分子量為51kDa。
