產品介紹: LIF是以可溶性(soluble)和基質結合形式( matrix-bound forms)存在的多功能分泌型糖蛋白(secreted glycoprotein)。 它顯示生物活性(biologic activities ),從骨髓白血病細胞(myeloid leukemic cells )分化為巨噬細胞譜系(macrophage lineage ),對骨代謝( bone metabolism),炎症( inflammation),神經發育(neural development),胚胎形成( embryogenesis)和植入( implantation)維持的影響。 現在清楚的是,LIF在結構和作用機制上都與細胞因子白細胞介素IL-6家族( interleukin IL-6 family)有關,細胞因子也包括IL-11,睫狀神經營養因子( ciliary neurotrophic factor),制瘤素M ( oncostatin M)和心肌營養因子1(cardiotrophin 1)。這些細胞因子的作用介導 通過特定的細胞表面受體由獨特的鍊和共享的信號轉導子單元gp130組成。
