產品介紹: 組織胺是一種有機含氮化合物 (organic nitrogenous compound )，參與局部免疫反應以及調節腸道中的生理功能並充當神經遞質 (neurotransmitter)。組胺參與炎症反應 ( inflammatory response)，並且作為瘙癢 pruritus的介質具有重要作用。作為對外來病原體的免疫應答的一部分，組織胺(histamine)是由嗜鹼性粒細胞( basophils)和附近結締組織中發現的肥大細胞產生的。組織胺增加毛細血管對白血球細胞 ( white blood cells)和一些蛋白質的滲透性 ( permeability )，使它們能夠與感染組織中的病原體結合。該ELISA試劑盒使用競爭性ELISA (Competitive-ELISA) 作為方法。該試劑盒中提供的微量滴定板已預先塗有組織胺。在反應過程中，樣品或標準品中的組織胺與固相支持物上的固定量的組織胺競爭組胺特異性生物素化檢測抗體上的位點。然後通過比較O.D.來確定樣品中組胺的濃度。
