產品介紹: 酒(Alcohol )是含酒精(乙醇)飲料的總稱,乙醇(Ethanol)是酒的主要成分,也是衡量酒精品質的重要指標之一。乙醇(Ethanol)可用於製造醋酸、飲料、香精、染料、燃料等。在醫療上,常用體積分數為70%~75%的乙醇(Ethanol)作為消毒劑。乙醇(Ethanol)廣泛應用於化學工業、醫療保健、食品工業、農業生產等領域。 CheKine™微量乙醇含量檢測試劑盒(CheKine™Micro Ethanol ContentDetection Kit) 可檢測動植物組織、細胞、細菌、血清、血漿等生物樣本。本試劑盒中乙醇在乙醇脫氫酶的催化下氧化脫氫生成乙醛,而NAD在1-mPMS的作用下還原為NADH,使WST-8呈現橘色。透過450nm處吸光度值的變化可以測定乙醇(Ethanol)含量。
