Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD79b-APC (SB Cat. No. 9710-11) and Mouse Anti-Human CD19-FITC (SB Cat. No. 9340-02).
CD79是由二硫鍵連接的異二聚體，由一條α鏈（CD79a）和一條β鏈（CD79b）與膜免疫球蛋白非共價結合形成B細胞受體（BCR）複合物。它的表達僅限於B淋巴細胞，首先出現在pro-B細胞階段的表面，並在漿細胞之前貫穿B細胞分化的所有階段。 BCR的交聯導致B細胞活化。單克隆抗體CB3-1與CD79的β鏈反應。 產品介紹: Mouse Anti-Human CD79b-APC抗體，具APC標誌。針對Human CD79b具特異性。Isotype ControlMouse IgG1-APC。 緩衝液配方在Phosphate buffered saline含有 0.1% sodium azide防腐劑。
