TGF-beta1 (human) ELISA Kit產品描述：TGF-β1是參與細胞生長，分化和炎症途徑的多功能細胞因子。 BioVision的人TGF-β1酶聯免疫試劑盒是基於三明治酶聯免疫吸附試驗的標準原理。將特異於人TGF-β1的小鼠單克隆抗體包被在96孔板上。將標準品和測試樣品加入到孔中，並且樣品中存在的TGF-β1被固定的抗體結合。隨後添加來自特異於TGF-β1的山羊的生物素化多克隆抗體。用PBS或TBS緩衝液洗去未結合的生物素化抗體後，將抗生物素蛋白 – 生物素 – 過氧化物酶複合物加入孔中。再次用PBS或TBS緩衝液洗滌孔以除去未結合的綴合物。使用HRP底物TM B顯現HRP酶促反應。 B被HRP催化產生藍色產物，加入酸性終止溶液後變成黃色。黃色的密度與捕獲在平板上的人TGF-β1成比例。該ELISA試劑盒與TGF-β2，TGF-β3和TGF-β5顯示出<1％的交叉反應性。檢測範圍：15.6 pg / ml – 1000 pg / ml。靈敏度：<1 pg / ml。
