Procedure	Chickens were immunized with highly purified Binary Toxin, B subunit, purified from Clostridium difficile. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Clostridium difficile Binary Toxin, Subunit B was immunoaffinity purified using the immunogen immobilized on a solid support.
Specifications	This antibody has been tested in ELISA — the midpoint of the dose response curve is 110 ng/ml using a coating of 1 ug of Binary B toxin. This antibody can be used as a capture antibody (1 ug/well) with ACdBTSB-B or ACdBTSB-HRP in an ELISA format.Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
